European customers may pay via Uberweisung (Germany) and IBAN transfer to our EU bank account. SEPA transfers are free of charge and you will also be eligible for a 10% discount.
Orders paid by bank transfer also qualify for a 5% discount, plus we will cover the bank transfer fee. For example, if your order total is £500, you will only need to pay £435:
For orders over £750 paid via bank transfer, we offer a 10% discount together with any other applicable discounts. On top of that, we will also deduct the bank transfer fees from your final total.

Once you submit your payment via credit card we may require you to verify your order, which is why we need to have your valid phone number so that we can contact you. If your order does not pass our anti-fraud verification or if we are not able to contact you, then your credit card payment will not be accepted and we will suggest an alternative payment method (e.g. bank transfer, money transfer, or cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin).
This is not a concern — just ensure that the name on the credit card matches the address the credit card is registered to. Please be aware that we may need additional verification in case our payment gateway provider advises us to double-check the cardholder's details. In case the country the credit card is registered in is different from the country the order is being shipped to, we will require you to pay using an alternative method.
Once your payment is verified and has passed our anti-fraud control, only then will your card be charged. Usually, approved payments are processed and cleared within 1–2 business days and your order will be cleared for shipping.
It takes between 2 hours and 2 business days for the verification process to be completed, so you will notice that your card will not be charged immediately.
